Diablo 2 Resurrected patch 2.5 introduced Terror Zones. We know that there will first be a PTR to test out the patch 2.7 content for one week, followed by the update's release, and then the ladder reset two weeks later.
16 February 2023: Ladder Season 3 begins. 24 January 2023: Patch 2.6 PTR testing starts. 6th October 2022 - D2R's first ladder reset occurs, and season 2 starts. 22nd September 2022 - Patch 2.5 gets released. 19th September 2022 - Patch 2.5 PTR testing ends. 25th August 2022 - Patch 2.5 PTR testing starts. 
28th April 2022 - D2R Ladder Season 1 released. 9th March 2022 - Patch 2.4 PTR Ladder testing ends. 2nd March 2022 - Patch 2.4 PTR Ladder testing starts. The latest Ladder Reset date for Diablo 2 Resurrected, ushering in Season 4, will take place on at 17:00 PDT / 5 May at 02:00 CET.
